Curb Appeal is very important when "Selling Your Home"!
Many sellers paint and carpet the inside of their homes when time comes to sell but they overlook the outside. When a potential buyer arrives at the home the first impression is very important. I tell sellers to stand on the street and look at their home from the buyer's prospective. Can you see the house? Are the bushes and trees grown up? Are there weeds in the the flower beds? Clean the yard. Then manicure the landscaping! Plant flowers which are appropriate for the season. Pressure wash the driveway and sidewalk. Paint the house if necessary. Remove the garbage cans, woodpiles against the house and children's toys. Repair eves, porches, doors and windows if needed. Cut the grass. Give your home a look the buyers cannot resist!
